KPIs in the banking industry

Seminar summary
For active and forward-looking corporate performance management, the executive management needs information that has management relevancy and is tailored to the needs of the recipients in the form of reports. This workshop focuses on the content of these reports: the key performance indicators (KPIs). At the end of the workshop, participants will obtain an in-depth understanding of the methodology and implementation steps.

To enable participants to:

  • understand the importance and role of indicators in the performance management
  • learn how to build and operate a performance management system based on KPIs
